We had our neighbourhood holiday party at Ashyana last weekend. It was a pleasure working with Amit Arora from the first phone call to the event. He was patient and understanding of our ask and worked with us to create a celebration that would suit our event. Amit along with Frank and his staff were present throughout the evening, approachable and available at all times. The space, food presentation and taste was great! They stayed on top of the few varied dietary requirements we needed and were accommodating with any requests we made to make our event run smoothly. Everyone went home happy and stress free and we look forward to having more of our events at Ashyana. Last week held a my Kids Graduation party at Ashyana Banquet for about 100 people. The Hall and Table decorations was just amazing. All my guest loved the food provided to the Guest. The Food stations selected had amazing food. The Waiters and staff provided was very helpful and were always available. We really love the place and my wife and me are at peace where the management team (Amit and Trevor) takes care of all the logistics of setting up the hall and we don't to worry about it. We all had a blast. I held my elders son's graduation few years back and I am a returning customer. I love the place and will keep coming back as the management is very courteous and accommodating and the staff is very caring. Highly recommend the place. Sumeet & Ritu ~ SUMEET A

For our son's wedding venue we initially had thought of one of the local hotels and have it catered by Ashyana. My wife and I went to Ashyana to try some food and Trevor made sure we get to try the food they normally cater. He made some interesting and practical suggestions as far as what would work and be appealing to guests. We still didn't think of Ashyana as a venue. But all that changed when my son and his fiancee visited Ashyana. They liked it very much. We ended up hosting the wedding catered by Ashyana and WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED. Everything went smoothly with baraat, ceremony and reception. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. We would highly recommend Ashyana as a venue for any celebration and catering. We celebrated our son’s 1st Birthday at Regency hall. The event was being booked by Amit Arora. He took care of all our requirements, showed everything in advance, discussed food options, provided a list of vendors for decorations/Dj, and invited us to taste the food 2 week prior to the event. Trevor also helped us during the transaction and gave a best package for our event. Apart from all these, Frank also took care of all the arrangements on event day such as tables, chairs, food & drinks served in timely manner, cleanliness, etc. Ashiyana also gave us a room to keep our personal belongings, and change the clothes as well. Overall - Great management, amazing food, coordination, and very polite staff. Looking forward to booking our next event soon!!! 🤩 ~ Raj S

I only have good things to say about this place! I have been to Ashyana many times over the years for different events and parties, and also hosted my husband’s birthday there. They also did the catering for my wedding. The staff is extremely professional, courteous and will go out of their way to make your event perfect and make any ideas you have come to life. The rooms they have available for event spaces are beautiful and spacious. My favorite thing about Ashyana has to be the food though! Everytime someone I know has an event here, I make sure I show up just so I can eat! It is consistently delicious and they have very creative and innovative ways of serving it. My wife and I catered from Ashyana Banquets for our wedding in July 2019 and had an amazing experience with them and Samar. We were unsure of whom we wanted to cater our wedding and actually reached out to Samar rather late. Even then, he was able to get us in for a tasting and was able to alter the tastes to our liking without any hesitations. He made us feel very comfortable and at ease that we would not have to be concerned about the food on the day of the event. At our reception, everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. And Samar was sweet enough to even make us our own plates and set them up for us to eat. We had received nothing but compliments on the food from our guests. We hosted a baby shower at Ashyana Banquets on August 10, 2024, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! On September 7th we had our son's wedding reception at Empress Banquet Hall and food was catered from Ashiyana. The appetizers and the main dishes turned out to be excellent. Several of the attendees profusely complimented various dishes. Most importantly every item appeared fresh and distinctive. The Samosa, Gobhi Manchurian and Khandavi were out of this world. The Naan and the Baingan Bharata was praised by one and all. The butter chicken was specially commended by our friends who sampled it. Finally, the piping hot Gulab jamoon and Ras malai satisfied the sweet tooth of one and all. Thanks to Samar and his team who prepared the dishes with such detail, none of the attendees had any negative comments. Ashyana Banquets is a first class hall for an Indian Wedding event. They make quality food, and the owner and managers are extremely knowledgeable about the Indian Wedding process and traditions. They are very good at customizing menus to accommodate any needs (i.e., Swaminarayan, Jain, Vegetarian, etc.). The banquet hall capacity is large and the foyer area and inside ceiling decorations are gorgeous. There are bridal suites available for decoration storage, make-up sessions, and showering/getting ready. The entire Ashyana staff worked incredibly hard to make sure the wedding for my wife and I went seamlessly with satisfaction for all. I would highly recommend Ashyana Banquets to anyone considering a large family or friends function. ~ Nehal S

Ashyana Banquets is a perfect place for any parties, birthday, anniversary or wedding celebration. We just celebrated our 40th Birthday Celebration here and it was just 110% Perfect. The staff, arrangement, food and everything was nicely done. Trevor does work with you on menu and makes sure your event goes smoothly. We also had a pleasure of working Amit who was such a pleasant individual to work with. Food was prepared to our North Indian Taste. Appetizers were warm when served and dinner was HOT at 11:45 PM when I (the host) ate dinner. A must visit. The food and atmosphere is very inviting. From the minute you walk through the door you are greeted with a warm friendly smile. The service is excellent and very attentive. Food is served hot and fresh. They have large menu offering great lunch and dinner selections. Be it Family or friends, large or small - this place is amazing to host any kind of parties. Drinks selection is also pretty good and it is just beside dining area. I have ordered take-out and also eaten in both areas, it is always clean and staff is really attentive. They have take-out and delivery services as well. Restaurant has daily food and drink specials. If you want to enjoy a good classic indian meal, this restaurant should be on top of the list. ~ Palash K

Everything at Ashyana was extremely smooth. I will admit that initially getting a hold of people and finalizing everything takes a while (I assume because they have a lot of clients but not enough managers) - but once you're allotted a dedicated event manager, things fall into place very smoothly. We had our wedding reception there and everything was delivered as promised. The food was great (we had non-indian food as well which as prepared very well), the people were friendly and available the day of, to help with everything as well. There were some minor delays in setup on the event day, but ultimately everything fell into place. I highly recommend them, and they make all events very affordable and fun. ~ Ankit A

Ashyana Banquets is a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of the city. As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is charming and rustic, with soft lighting and comfortable seating. I was particularly impressed with the food. The menu offers a variety of options, from classic comfort food to more adventurous dishes. I tried the Gulab Jamun and it was absolutely delicious. Samar and the catering team did a fantastic job providing a light breakfast and lunch buffet for our small Indian wedding in July! They were flexible and communicative throughout the process, letting us do a tasting in the area to try everything while combining south and north Indian traditions beautifully. Many of our guests were new to Indian food, so they also did a wonderful job preparing everything carefully and not making anything too spicy so everyone enjoyed the food. The mango lassi we served after our baraat was also ideal to help guests cool off! Ashyana is a fantastic restaurant and caterer! We had our daughter’s first birthday here and the entire evening was flawless. The owners were around while I was setting up asking me if I needed help with arranging tables, making sure everything was ok and helped me with the cakestand and candy table. They were extremely attentive to things that not even I thought of. The food was delicious from start to finish. The servers were polite and friendly before, during and after the event. The managers also kept checking in during the event to ensure everything was running smoothly. We had our baby shower food catered from Ashyana. It was a surprise for my wife. Samar was the guy who I worked with. Kudos to him - he was very supportive, responsive and helpful in selecting food options - mix of dry vs gravy, what do people typically like, honest about some of his food offerings which aren’t that liked. Coming to the day of the shower - our server showed up on time even when it was nasty out. He was very professional in setting everything up and going about his serving duties. As for the food..simply delish...people loved the chicken manchurian, daal and somasa esp..what can I say we almost had no leftovers as people helped themselves with multiple rounds. We hosted our grandchild's Annaprasan (rice eating) ceremony at Ashyana and were very happy with all the arrangements provided. The overall professionalism from planning to execution was greatly appreciated. A big thanks to Trevor for his diligence and for accommodating all our requests. The food was delicious and we revieved many compliments from guests, especially the goat curry and paneer tikka. Everything was set up exactly according to our specifications and ambiance was very pleasing. A special mention that despite multiple parties being help at the same time, the restrooms were always clean! We did our son's HS graduation and extremely pleased with how Ashyana delivered on everything we asked for. This place is very clean, very cozy and very authentic. Our host Trevor hospitality is commendable. They also provide with the necessities, from table , centerpiece and chair and they cook their own food. Our guests were very impressed with how beautiful everything was and how good the food tasted. Ashyana and team made sure this was an excellent grad party for our son. I recommend to others and I hope they continue to grow more. Everything was perfect. I recently hosted a engagement party at the Ashyana Banquet Hall, and it was fantastic. The venue had a warm, elegant atmosphere that set the perfect tone for my sister's engagement. The highlight, though, was the food—each dish was bursting with authentic, vibrant flavors. From the paneer pakora to the rich butter chicken, everything was delicious. we hosted the mehndi/sangeet party @ Ashyana banquet last weekend. Absolutely FANTASTIC JOB DONE BY Sumar'S TEAM. All our guests loved the food, keep complementing how delicious food was, even few of our guests called & ASKED THE NAME OF RESTAURANT. live station Jalebi was super hit. Thanks to Mr. S Jain as well. Samar & Mr. Jain was so easy to talk & they honored my all the wishes of my menu. very well executed. we also had catering done by Asyyana for wedding & reception too, catering team did super job. each item was prepared very precisely with perfection. My friends who are excellent cook , yet they were very impressed with each item. highlight of lunch was shrikhand - super yummy, green undhiyu, surti pattice, gujrati dal this is to name a few. We had a great party for our organization at Ashyana Banquets for 300 plus people in May. Trevor Pereira was the event planner and helped us very well with start to the end with very detailed and minute details. He is very professional and understands very well when we explained our need, theme and requirements and then suggested very good ideas for our event. He is very nice and responds all our questions and phone calls. Guests were really enjoyed the event at Ashyana. The staff is very professional. Highly recommended Ashyana for your event venue and Trevor as your event planner/co ordinator. ~ Nagesh D
